Boxful of Fun

Mum was going through the store room over the weekend to do some spring cleaning when she came across a large cardboard box. She was going to throw away the box but thought Bobby could help out with the recycling. Next thing you know, Bobby is wiggling his bum during a sit-stay and once released, charges and rips into the box.

Once the box was destroyed to his liking, he came inside to begin cooling down procedures: lying belly down on the cool tiles whilst changing location every few seconds. Meanwhile, his eyes were hypnotising us to feed him.

Agent Bobby reporting. Mission accomplished!

Bath Time

Much to Bobby's dismay, today was bath day. To him, baths are among some of the worst things ever. To him, it is perfectly fine to roll in dirt and walk into the house with muddy paws stained with traces of chilli sauce from a bottle that the wind had blown into the yard. It's fun to be sprayed with a water gun. It's fun to tip the water bowl. It's fun to run away with a bucket filled with water. Water is great, as long as it's not in his bath tub.

30 minutes and a couple rounds of the Zoomies later, Bobby was as clean as could be. Loose fur came out in clumps throughout his three grooming sessions. The torture was forgiven with meat on a bone and a pork twist.

Hilariously, Bobby has a new move up his sleeve: spinning backwards into a sit. I think we have a new training objective that involves putting a command to that!

Bobby is also a sucker for home-made goods. He likes to think of himself as a food critic although he lacks any sort of criticism besides, "There's not enough." My sister made some buns the other day. Bobby was very keen to taste test.
